العلم صيد والكتابة قيد
لا يعني ان هناك من سبقك في تنفيذ ما تريد الا تقوم بما تريد. فلكل بصمته، والصالح العام قد يستفيد من التعدد، فلا تفقد شغفك، وضع بصمتك.

لديك مشكلة، الاكتئاب لن يحلها، الندم لن يحلها. لكي تحلها: ١) واجهها، ٢) فكر في حلول لها، ٣) فكر في طرق تخفف اثارها

It is important when you do research to work an “interesting” point. However, the point needs to be IMPORTANT. Keep this in mind!
مهم ان يكون لديك تصور عن خطوتك القادمة، ما هي؟ وليس بالضرورة اين،

جزء من وقتك كمهندس بحث وتطوير (يعمل في مشروعات مختلفة) الاطلاع والفهم الجيد للتكنولوجي/التطبيق الذي تعمل عليه. هذا ليس وقت ضائع. هذا جزء اساسي من مهامك

البحث اضافة ولو صغيرة للعلم مع تحليل عميق للنتائج
ان اعتمدت علي نفسك فلن تفلح. توكل علي القوي المتين وهو يحب المتوكلين.
Be results oriented
وظيفتك كباحث:
1- البحث عن المشاكل وليس البعد عنها
2-مواجهة المشاكل وليس الهروب منها
3-التفكير خارج المألوف والمتاح
4-تضيف للعالم معرفة وادوات وطرق جديدة
حسن الظن بالله من الادب معه سبحانه. ان كان الانسان يظن الخير من اخيه الكريم, فكيف برب العالمين. “فما ظنكم برب العالمين”
في كثير من الاحيان ان تعرض لمشرفك/مديريك شيء يسير يساعده في فهم ما تعمل وتقديم رأي لك يساعدك علي المضي قدما خير من الا تقدم شيئا ابدا ظنا منك انك لم تعمل ما يستحق عرضه
لا تقف مع مديرك/مشرفك علي مرحلة “عرض المشاكل”. لابد ان يكون لديك مقترح. تذكر:
1-حدد المشكلة
2-ما هو اصل المشكلة
3-مقترحات عن الحلول الممكنة لها
4-مقترح عن افضل حل لها

Always market your competitive edge. In your marketing, give the answer of “Why you?”
Don’t complain that I don’t know! Just follow your passion and start!
A Ph.D. takes ~3-5 years. Average human life is ~70 years. So, your niche Ph.D. experience is ~7% of your lifetime. Make your judgement on how you want this to have effect on your life!
When you publish a paper, it get reviewed by 3-5 reviewers. When you go to a conference, you have discussions with 10s-100s of people. Never underestimate the value of participating at conferences in evaluating the value of your research!
